Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At our coffee cafe and roastery, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Timeframe: Refunds or exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

3. Refund method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

4. Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions: The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: food and beverage items that have been consumed, customized or personalized products, and gift cards.

6. Quality assurance: If you believe that the product you received is defective or of poor quality, please contact us immediately and provide details and photographs so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Discretionary refund: In certain circumstances, we may offer a discretionary refund or exchange outside of our standard policy. Such decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
